What sort of activities do you offer?

Kororā Club is pleased to be able to deliver a safe, varied and stimulating program that meets the developmental, intellectual and physical needs of the children who attend. The program is aimed at 5-10 year old’s, with a balance between indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting) and a range of activities are on offer.

We are proud to offer:

  • group and individual activities
  • organised and self-directed activities
  • active and passive activities
  • indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting)
  • quiet alternative options

Examples include sports, baking, arts & crafts, skill sessions in sports, team challenges and much more!

Programs will follow a similar format each school holiday, but the activities are always varied to allow the regular attendees to try new things too.

Consideration is always given to the age ranges of the children, cultural and religious beliefs, and individual’s limits, both physical and emotional.

Staff seek regular feedback from the children on the final afternoon of each program in the form of a fun “debrief”. This allows the children’s voices to be heard and have a say in the planning for future programs.
